Ptolemy Elrington is a sculptor / artist who makes all forms of animal / fish from recycled materials. He has specialized in the hubcaps, but also uses scrap metal, old shopping trolleys and all the old bits and pieces that seem to you to be interesting to a work of art.
Spending time in India inspired him to include recycling in their work, using it as ethical ingredient.
